I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL BUT THE FUNDS ARE MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT.

We won't take payment from a debit or credit card until your item(s) have been dispatched, however some banks/card companies may still hold these funds pending payment. Unfortunately, some banks/card companies may hold funds even if you enter your details incorrectly. All payments are checked for fraudulent activity so please triple-check that your billing address and CVV number are correct. If the transaction is not processed, the bank/card company will release the funds back into your account.
